The total cost of your reservation will include a tax of 12%. If you are making your reservation within 31 days of your arrival, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy is as follows for Cabins/RV Site/Tent Sites...

 

*cancellation of cabins must be cancelled within 30 days for full refund.        cancellation with 21 days for half refund and under 21 days no refund.

*Cancellation fees will be applied to each reservation that you cancel.

   THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN.

 

CHECK-OUT CLEANING REQUIREMENTS

​When leaving, make sure that the Rental Property in the same general condition as it was in upon your arrival. Our cleaning team will dust, vacuum, sanitize, and clean all linens upon your departure. We provide 1 towel/wash cloth per guest during stay,please bring more from home if needed.

*Campground quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Quiet hours also include       the use of generators.

Fireworks are not permitted on the campground property.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

No alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises by persons under the legal age of twenty-one (21). Should any member of the tenant's party be arrested for underage alcohol consumption, this rental agreement will be terminated and the renter will vacate the rental property immediately.

No refunds will be issued if the tenant or any member of the tenant's party is required to vacate the rental property prior to the renter's check-out date.

Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited and the terms above apply.

DAMAGES

The tenant agrees to follow all check-in and check-out procedures listed above, and understands that the property must be left clean and undamaged. All cabins are inspected prior to arrival. Any damages or problems not reported by the tenant within two hours of arrival will be charged to the tenant. Tenants will be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or damage to the premises during their stay. The tenant understands that failure to follow the posted check-in and checkout procedures may result in additional fees and Hillbilly Heaven reserves the right to further bill him/her for additional cleaning or repairs.

NON-SMOKING

Smoking is permitted outside only. If it is found that any member of the rental party or a guest of the rental party has smoked inside the cabin,your damage deposit will be forfeited. The entire cabin is a non-smoking area. Guests may smoke on the outside deck/patio area, however.Cigarette butts must not be littered anywhere in the property. Please dispose of them properly,do not throw in grass/gravel or firepits.

PETS

If you bring a pet into the cabins and pets must be crated at all time. There is a $25 cleaning fee per stay.

HOUSEKEEPING, AMENITIES, AND SUPPLIES

Please do not wear muddy clothing or boots inside cabins/cottages. Do Not sit on beds with muddy clothing.

We do not have daily housekeeping services. Cabins are not restocked during your stay. All cabins are supplied with a specific number of towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, and pillows based on cabin occupancy. Any linen found damaged or missing will result in a charge to the guest.

Every unit is professionally treated for critters and bugs on a regular basis. However, occasional invaders may make their way inside. Management will not be responsible in these instances.

Weather Policy
The weather in West Virginia can change change hourly from 80 degrees and sunny to 50 degrees and raining. Make sure you bring appropriate clothing. There will be no refunds due to weather conditions. We have no control over the weather!

ITEMS YOU MAY NEED TO BRING:
 

• Food and beverages

• Hair dryer

• Cell phone - Verizon works best in the area

• Folding camp chairs, for sitting around the fire in the evenings.

• Extra Towels/wash cloths

• charcoal/lighter fluid

• Extra blankets 

• proper clothes for changing weather

Riding Policy
All ATVs are to ride on Hatfield McCoy Trails only! You must follow all Hatfield McCoy Trail rules. In addition, renters must wear helmets and goggles. If an ATV were to break down, we would be able to find you on marked Hatfield McCoy trails. Only 1 person may be on an ATV unless the ATV is made for two people.
